I need help with the pbe loging, bc when i log in with my old name into it, It lets me log there, But its saying i need to updade my account what i have done, the new name and password doesnt let me sign in to the pbe. So what am i sup to do? and yes its active (srr for trash englis) [zombie-brand-mindblown]
Yeah basically what youve done maybe youve changed your eune acc not your pbe so youll just have to logout from your eune account then press the button again which will send you to a pbe change your name type page.. it worked for me

i had the same problem i sent riot the support ticket.I changed my log in name because it asked for and i also couldnt log in again after changing.After sometime i could have enter normally in to the PBE so you should just wait a bit

I have the same problem. My main account is on EUW but getting the same message over and over when I enter on PBE

Hey I think I found a solution. If you made a riot account for your main account, you might still be logged onto the website. You have to log out of the website, otherwise it will just ask you for your riot account password (the one that is already logged in) when you try to update your pbe account. Once you log out and try to open pbe client again and click the link, you will get a different message where you make a new username for your pbe account. This worked for me.
