when i get disconnected from the game when i try to log in i get disconnected and cannot join

hey all please help me when i was playing ranked flex i get Disconnect and when i try to enter the game again the game won't join and give me a message said (u have disconnected from the server ) and that isn't my first time and now i have ban from the game for 5 matches :C [sg-janna]
