I wondered if someone could help me get access to the PBE to test our the Rengar changes. I have 1.2M mastery on Rengar and really want to have an input. I tried years ago to gain access but never got in.
I was honour 5 end of last season but I cannot get access because all honour was reset! Right now hardly anyone is going to have honour 3, unless they have played loads since the other week.
Any chance I can get a PBE account, given the circumstances?

They actually started doing waves of bans on PBE due to people sharing accounts on there, I play PBE and I've seen the posts of people complaining they shouldn't be banned.
Even people who bought accounts are linked to the sharing ban.
I get the fact that they dont want toxic low honoured players on the PBE. But it's rather annoying that there are changes on the PBE I want to look at and test, but cannot due to this policy of honour. I dont have enough time to rush H3 untill the changes are gone and probably hit live.

Discuss the Boards is for discussing Board related issues like layout, rules, and the moderation team. Comments and discussions about the PBE sign-up are more suited for a different section like Gameplay or General Discussion.
If you want to play on the PBE, you have register at the link Rester gave you (here is another copy of the link) and then wait until they have an opening for you. I know it's frustrating that you can't just sign up and play changes for your main champion, but that is the system Riot has in place. If you have further questions, it would be best for them to be discussed with Riot in a support ticket.
