I have played the game for years now. I have spent countless monies to support this game and its community.. When I have issues of people going afk or refusing to play the game because they are butt hurt it make me want to quit. I was Silver 5 a week ago now in Bronze 3. I don't mind losing when its a good game and people try. I have kept track of my games 8 people just quit or gave up refusing to help the team and sat at base until we lost. 6 games I had an afker after the first 10 minutes 5 games I had flammers that caused people to quit. The rest I lost due to being out played. This is the problem NOTHING IS BEING DONE. I send my comments in yet I hear NOTHING BACK nor any punishment. So my son has a friend that is a flamer he told me that nothing gets done except when you afk before the match starts or you afk and don't come back. You can curse all you want you can do whatever because RIOT does not care about Bronze or Silver players. In fact the system is run by a bunch of BOTS... I have every champion and a ton of skins and a ton of time invested into this game... Me being a PAYING customer you would think I would at least get a response from a company that is making Millions of dollars off a FREE game right? NOPE nothing NADA Zilch.. I played DOTA before and am asking of other games out there to invest my time/money into I think this one is busted. Too many kids troll the game and affect game play and ruin the experience of others for their own amusement.. RIOT does nothing.. I am talking about ranked games..

I wouldn't worry about your ranking in preseason, it's not worth raging over. Also buying things and spending money gives you no more entitlement over anybody else when it comes to support. And lastly, what do you want Riot to do? You can ban people who leave/afk/are toxic all game, but they make/buy a new account and boom, they're right back in business, and that's not really something Riot can do. People will always be like this, this is not an occurrence that happens every game, you just gotta deal with it.

I am sorry did I say I was entitled? I never said that please do not take things out of context.. I believe that people deserve a reply of some sorts.. Lastly I want RIOT to take ranked games serious. Observers/Reviewers should examine games from time to time especially when 4 or more report the same issue. A good example would be to Ban a player from ranked games for a week ect.. Show them your serious about ranked I should not just have to deal with it or what is the point in having rules? You cannot simply create another account with skins and champions. You have to lvl the new account and buy champs runes ect.. Its not as easy as you think. It is not my goal to get others banned from the game. My goal is to moderate RANKED games how good would it look if everyone watched ranked games and see people trolling..

You implied you where entitled by mentioning it because it differentiates you from others by describing yourself to give your text more meaning to show you have more priority.
