Fed up

I have played the game for years now. I have spent countless monies to support this game and its community.. When I have issues of people going afk or refusing to play the game because they are butt hurt it make me want to quit. I was Silver 5 a week ago now in Bronze 3. I don't mind losing when its a good game and people try. I have kept track of my games 8 people just quit or gave up refusing to help the team and sat at base until we lost. 6 games I had an afker after the first 10 minutes 5 games I had flammers that caused people to quit. The rest I lost due to being out played. This is the problem NOTHING IS BEING DONE. I send my comments in yet I hear NOTHING BACK nor any punishment. So my son has a friend that is a flamer he told me that nothing gets done except when you afk before the match starts or you afk and don't come back. You can curse all you want you can do whatever because RIOT does not care about Bronze or Silver players. In fact the system is run by a bunch of BOTS... I have every champion and a ton of skins and a ton of time invested into this game... Me being a PAYING customer you would think I would at least get a response from a company that is making Millions of dollars off a FREE game right? NOPE nothing NADA Zilch.. I played DOTA before and am asking of other games out there to invest my time/money into I think this one is busted. Too many kids troll the game and affect game play and ruin the experience of others for their own amusement.. RIOT does nothing.. I am talking about ranked games..
