Scam : Phishing Attack

I wanna report this guy , who send to me link for Scam and he tell me i can get skin for all Champion
After that i take Screenshot and all can see that url not for RIOT Game :

While we appreciate that you want to report scammers & phishers, you can only do so via the official Riot Support web page. Your original post has been edited to remove the image as Naming & Shaming is not allowed on the Boards. Because your image featured the name of the person who you believed to provide a scam link, it fell under naming & shaming.
