Being tagged by Scayer's Bloom causing trackers knife not to refill in shop.

I was playing Lee Sin yesterday . As I was recalling , an enemy destroyed Scayer's Bloom(the blue thing near the river that gives vision) , at that time I had 1 ward available on my Tackers Knife. Once I returned to base (while the enemies had vision on me ), It dropped to 0 wards available and it wasn't refilled. I only noticed it when I was trying to ward-dash to kill an enemy and I just spammed my Trackers Knife.
