So if i am getting this right, if you are not honor level 2 or higher you can no get the skin from being gold or higher? why the change of the system after so many years, a duo i play with got a 14 day ban and he has been grinding out to gold since s2 and now all his hard work is for nothing?
Yes, his hard work was for nothing because Riot has now added in the fact that you should not only be skilled to be rewarded, but also a sportsmanlike, decent human being. I personally find no problem requiring that people have good honor standing AND good ranked standing in order to get rewards, as it should encourage people to keep a tight rein on their tempers and be less hostile to other players in the game.
