hacker?

im just wondering how did i get hack. someone used my account bought a champion and send a skin to someone else and i dont know how can i get or refund the skin that he send to his account plus i got banned for 14days for saying bad words and i cant even make a ticket to appeal for my self or if riot can help me to recover something i lost :( can riot track this hacker?
