Please swap Omega Veigar's Q and Auto Attack Animation

Veigar's Auto attack animation is the coolest part of the skin! It's a shame we won't see it once we have some CDR and start spamming Q to stack it. We won't see the auto attack animation for the majority of the game. The Q should feel and look powerful. Please let me shoot a blast outta my gun for the Q!
