I reported racist player and I got my account banned.
I reported a player that was making fun of my name because my player name is my Chinese name. I reported to Riots and now they banned my account. Is anyone else have the same situation?

You weren't banned for reporting someone. If you want you can post your chat logs in Player Behavior and Moderation.
Let's use some critical thinking here
• Racist words are ban-worthy • League of Legends has an enormous playerbase • Millions of games are played each day • Chat is monitored for offensive words
Knowing these four things, Which do you think is most likely?
• Every report is manually reviewed and players are given punishments accordingly
or
• A bot scans through chat logs to find offensive words and phrases, then hands out punishment to those who use them, even in "report ____ for saying ____" context

I would consider submitting a Support ticket . That being said, this post belongs in Player Behavior, since you're wanting to discuss a suspension.
