I didn't even know posting something like this wasn't allowed.... <removed by moderation> I read the rules and there was nothing against posting this, so i went with it, does it have to do with new arbiritor system, since they can base things off there own opinions O_o Ive seen others post things about "Killing myself" before and posts remained, so im just assuming with the new arbitrator system.
The Arbiters did not remove your post or ban you, our jurisdiction is the PB and BC&M boards. You were given an explanation in your message (by the usual Moderators) why it was deleted, and your ban is quite short at a 1 day. Posts about self-harm, suicide, or threats or wishing these on other players are not allowed even as a joke. If you see another post that you feel is violating the Universal Rules and needs to be removed, simply report it; if it is not removed and you take issue with that, please visit the moderators in the Moderator Discord to speak with them privately about it.
As this is content which violates the rules and you were already banned for it, reposting it is not allowed. I'm going to withhold banning you again for it, but I will remove it from this post. If a moderator removes something, do not repost it. Talk to them if you don't understand why they took the actions they did.

Hey there crazyfighter, I'm Jaymc, I'm no mod or arbiter or anything, but I am a 7 year board member and I'm sorry to hear this has happened to you.
Unfortunately the rules regarding this are not well known nor are the easy to find visual access to, but there is a long standing rule against the mention or discussion of suicide, self mutilation, or the intent to do either or for another to participate in either.
This was a change about 4 years back, a carry over from an in game change where riot took a stance against the mention of such negative and devisive topics among the community.
I'm truly sorry to hear you were suspended out of ignorance, but there is indeed a universal board rule regarding that specific topic subset and it is banned on all sub boards.
Hopefully you can hop on the moderator discord and explain this to them in person. Just head over to GD subboard for the particulars on how to speak with some on on the staff in person in a timely fashion. That should get you sorted out and hopefully just a minor time out or maybe just a warning.
