Other things that might help (in addition to what Imperial Pandaa said):

Be better than Modi at league (practice fundamentals in non-ranked play).

Don't play LoL like Modi (actually play ranked).

Have more time to play than Modi (jobs are necessary to support one's self and one's dependents, but they leave little time to play)

Get more exercise than Modi (I mean good exercise: running/jogging, strength training, flexibility training. Physical training is important, because you will be sitting for extended periods of time).

Eat a healthier diet than Modi (mmmm pizza...I mean vegetables. No, pizza is not a vegetable, despite what Congress says).

Basically, be a better person than Modi, and you have a much better shot at it.
