Login into Pbe

I need help when I tried to login into Pbe, it takes a long time which I understand because of the number of people that are login at the same time. Once my position reaches 1 in the Q. My client gives an error message and makes me re-login. is there anything I could do to fix that I have waited about 8 hours to in trying to get into Pbe.

Another thing my friend close this client and re-log within 10 minutes.
