Unresponsive mouse in LOL after patch

Hey guys,

I have just lost 2 games in a row where my mouse clearly did not register my clicks somehow. I am not an computer expert but this is what i experienced. I play jungle and i always kite camps right? now i click the outside of the camp to reset the auto attack but the character still stands still and does the auto attacking without moving. Also when for instance i play reksai and i ult someone and when the animation is finished, i just rightclick somewhere to walk that way, and now i just stand still. Somtimes i click left and the champion moves right. I don't know what this is and how to fix it. Any thoughts?
