Locked/Unlocked Camera and Bouncy Camera?

I think Riot should add a third camera setting. We have locked and unlocked camera, most players start off playing the game with locked camera and then later on realize that playing with unlocked camera is actually better because you can see more and therefore you got more information on where the enemy team is on your screen. As most players I started off playing with the locked camera and it's extremely hard to get used to it being unlocked. So the third camera setting would be what I call "a bouncy camera" it would be something between locked and unlocked. For example like the unlocked camera in Battlerite. It follows the champion you are playing but because it "bounces" you would have more visual information, you wouldn't have to manually move the camera.

Or setting to make ability bar smaller or even to have more zoom out. Just something to give players who play the game with locked camera easier to go to unlocked camera. Yes there are ways to get used to unlocked camera but let's make it easier :D [sg-lulu]
