My account was hacked (presumably by brazilians because they transferred it to that server from EUW), the hackers proceeded to buy RP for 150 Euro, and change my password. I mailed riot games yesterday (and yes I know, they get a ton of mails, but I really want my money, and my account back). Riot hasn't replied to my message, or done anything as of right now. I hope they might see this.

Imperial Pandaa2 votesAssuming you are telling the truth (am a pessimist in these cases), you have 2 options of recourse. Contacting Riot support being one. Ideally live chat and request a security lock on the account. The other is if they used your saved payment method, then grt a chargeback which will lock the account because of chargeback. You will need to contact Riot Billing asap too though.
krillerkraller1 votesI have locked all my bank accounts, so they can't be charged, I just really want my account back. I've tried contacting riot, but a lot of the "Riot Support" requires me being locked in. I'm only logged in on their forums.
Imperial Pandaa2 votesFor account security cases, you will need to contact via an alternative email address. Although, if the people changed password, an email should have been sent in confirmation. The confirmation email should have a link to click for "No I didn't do this."

That should help a lot. I do have bad news though, they are more likely trying to sell it off as fast as possible. Also the whole email confirmation thing does not happen, I did not get one, and i found out only hours after my account was transferred. Trust me Turtleking @riot made that very quick after i gave him my transaction numbers, and got my account back in 5 minutes.
