My account was hacked (presumably by brazilians because they transferred it to that server from EUW), the hackers proceeded to buy RP for 150 Euro, and change my password. I mailed riot games yesterday (and yes I know, they get a ton of mails, but I really want my money, and my account back). Riot hasn't replied to my message, or done anything as of right now. I hope they might see this.

Assuming you are telling the truth (am a pessimist in these cases), you have 2 options of recourse. Contacting Riot support being one. Ideally live chat and request a security lock on the account. The other is if they used your saved payment method, then grt a chargeback which will lock the account because of chargeback. You will need to contact Riot Billing asap too though.

That should help a lot. I do have bad news though, they are more likely trying to sell it off as fast as possible. Also the whole email confirmation thing does not happen, I did not get one, and i found out only hours after my account was transferred. Trust me Turtleking @riot made that very quick after i gave him my transaction numbers, and got my account back in 5 minutes.
