Is Ammumu up for an update?

So I was wondering, as title says, if is on the list for a gameplay update (maybe VU too?). He´s and has been in a weird place where he´s a tank and initiator but his kit is kinda all over the place?

Like he has all ap scalings,quite decent ones,which kinda make building full tank inefficient because the base damage isn´t as good. Yet if you build all ap items you are not a tank, if you build only some you´re not tanky enough.

Also as an initiator his only way to initiate is Q, which takes him to his destination only if he hits someone. And in a game where every new champion has a dash or something....well, do the math. He just kinda dies because he has no mobility and if he wants to be effective he´s not even that tanky. He would be a balanced champion if all of the tanks were like him, with a choice of playstyle. At least has armor scalings and armor boosts and a shield from HP to justify him building tank.

I´d like to see some minor changes to him just as a patch-up before some rework. Changing his Q to be an area targeted spell would be probably good enough.

I think that he has a quite unique theme and his passive is really interesting and justifies his pick slightly but there´s not much to back it up currently.

He´s very mana dependent,slow and slow to pick up in strength, by the time he´s actually strong enough other junglers can outright just do more than him by pure stats. He builds pretty much like Singed, but doesn´t have as much mobility, ranged slow,easy displacement nor stat boost.

: build utilizing his passive if on full AD team, just for those who would think of picking up amumu currntly for whatever crazy reason.
