So,i will be fast. I requesting to change my username,because it's so stupid,i was kid and don't thinking about username,only "okay okay don't care fast fast wanna play"..so yeah,plz?

You are unable to change your summoner name through the boards, if you really badly want to change your name you need to buy the name change from the shop in the League client.
As far as I know, Riot does not do name changes for free. (Unless of course your name is something against Terms of Service)
This isn't even close to where you'd do such a thing.
- Go into the client and go to the shop.
- Besides the 'Purchase RP' button there is an 'account' button, as shown here.
- Here you will se a 'Summoner Name Change' option. You will need to pay either 1300 Riot Points or 13900 Blue Essence to purchase this item, and you'll be able to change your name once.
