Cant move in game even though ping is normal

I wanted to play a normal game but as soon as the game started i couldnt move, ping or write anything. I could watch the other players playing but i couldt play myself. I had my normal fps and ping the connection was decent. i dont have discord and i started the game with admin pls send help ty
