Clash Competitive Gametype - When is it Coming?

Hey everybody,

Just wanted to get a discussion going about any news and updates on the Clash game mode coming out in "2018". This video that riot put out some 2 months ago has been the most recent official statement on the subject, unless you count the beta tournament or two that other servers got to participate in. I wouldn't even care if it wasn't being released for another 6 months, I'd just like to know... the suspense is killing me.
