Investments are things that gain value over time. Money you exchange for online content is not an investment, it's like going out to dinner or to the movies, you've exchanged money for entertainment or another service.

They are to ban happy and would love to ban paying customers once they stop forking cash and hope they make another account to buy all those skins again. Hyperbolic? Yes. Accurate? Also yes.

Better then Nexon's old Black Market Bribery (self coined) scheme (which I want to assume long since ended since Combat Arms pretty much is dead weight anymore). In short...they never banned Hackers/Cheaters/Griefers that bought quite a bit of Cash Shop...but who didn't get didn't fork over cash got banned right quick over small things.

And yet people are such suckers to flash "Oh I spent a lot on this new virtual item". Z8games "Crossfire" as example is selling Cash Shop weapons for like $150+...for overpowered unbalanced permanent Guns with bonus effects SPEAKS for itself. And cheaters still run RAMPANT.

So no I won't give money to those who rather keep shelling out cash shop items instead of fixing known issues. One can say "Well they need to make money to keep games running" true...but if you keep shelling on money as "supporting" them...and they never fix the problems...congratulations you become part of the problem...because now the higher ups are seeing "Oh business is booming, people likes these make more." So instead of listening to the playerbase (GRANTED THEY SHOULDN'T LISTEN TO EVERY PLAYERS ENTITLED OPINION) on what issues are and needs fixed...they just going to not fix things and keep selling more things.

And when shit hits the fan they'll just "cut their loses" and shut down the game because they didn't make their 10mil and only made 7.5mil...It isn't because people are leaving because of issues with the game...no to them its "Well this fad is dead close it down".

deep breath End rant. That's decades of withheld anger of Game Companies/Developers. There is still more examples...but that's good enough. Time for a cold shower.
