When will my honor get resoted
Im banned at november 2017.And 14 days after i unbanned but my honor is dishonorable. And now season 8 starts and its says to im at checkpoint 2 of 3 to honro lvl 1 How to move to next checkpoint?

You just keep playing honorably. Honor checkpoints aren't time based. You have to play many games with positive behavior to advance to further checkpoints. Since you're already at 2 of 3, it sounds like you've been doing just that. Here's a couple articles that might give you a better understanding of the honor system:
