Is there a way to block people so you can't see their comments/replies?
On the forums. Will blocking them in client somehow make it so they can't interact with me on here?

The Boards Enhancement Kit (B.E.K.) has the ability to blacklist users, which prevents you from seeing their posts. Other then that, there is not a method to block users here on the boards.
