Low Priority Queue
I keep on disconnecting due to wifi issues and i still get the low priority queues, currently in a 20min one, is there any way to fix this?

Yes. Use wired instead of wifi. Or get a better router.

With pretty much any connection issue, your best first step is to download and run Riot Support's Hextech Repair Tool. This tool will scan all your connection settings, make sure you have the needed firewall exceptions, etc. This fixes a variety of issues.
Should the repair tool not work, Riot Support also has a Troubleshooting Guide that goes over possible problems/solutions one by one.
Should all else fail, you can always send in a Support Ticket and get help directly from Riot Support.
Important: Before you send in a ticket, make sure to run the Hextech Repair Tool to gather logs, then attach those logs to the ticket. This gives Riot all the relevant info they need to help you.
