Problem Blue Essence

Hello ... every time I get into my account I show the same number of blue essence .... I tried to log in and so it shows me the same number of blue essence .... how could i show me blue normal essence ... that for 2 weeks still shows me 82 blue essence ... and I do not grow at all even if I make first win ... you can help me ... thank you

Are you sure there's not a "K" after that number? If you're at 82k blue essence the number will only increment up when you gain enough blue essence to get you from 82,000 to 83,000.

Otherwise, send a ticket in to Player Support. They may be able to help you.
