How do i get honor when my team is not honorable?

I was thinking about this and when i get match whit toxic teammates they most like it to not honor some1,no only cause they tilted but because they are not a honorable player.

Whit this said why not give honor to the player who report some1 toxic AND got banned or punish? Cause im not the most honorable player, but not receive the extra reward because my team is cancer,thats... sad xd
