Dominion/Crystal Scar must come back !

In this board . I want to gather some things others have written about getting crystal-scar /dominion back

Toxikk Beast - I can't even tell you how pissed off i am. Literally feel like cursing out every riot member i see. It has been around for so long and have a ton of loyal players who are on it daily. SR is boring after playing it all day everyday. Same damn thing all the time. Dominion offered a break from the stress of solo queue for a lot of players, myself included. I don't care about an update just keep the mode. I can't even understand any logic behind it. Whoever decision this was, i feel like telling them some horrible things right now, but i will be cool before i get banned. But honestly they are stupid.

AnOrangeSealion - Getting rid of Crystal Scar in Customs makes zero sense. If you want to get rid of the matchmaking queue then fine, do so but leave the custom games option up for anyone who wants to goof around on the map.

AsianOnboard - HOW THE HELL AM I GOING TO PLAY HIDE AND SEEK IN CUSTOMS!

Parceval - My primary concern with short-cycle event based mini-games is that they're not around in customs for us to experiment and generate new ideas. Hell, LoL itself exists because of 'custom' games. They should be supporting this far more than they currently are.

Dominion will not be making a comeback as a recurring game mode. Riot did an article on why a while back, which you can find here. Here are some of the biggest takeaways:

Fewer than 0.5% of players actively play Dominion and we’re aware some number of even that small population is still bots.

We’ve trapped ourselves in a vicious cycle where the queue isn’t large enough to warrant major attention, but falls prey to bugs and periods of imbalance from the introduction of new champs and items

Dominion games can match up widely divergent skill levels after long enough queue times.

When it comes to the resources required to keep Dominion permanent and solve the inherent design problems and give it ongoing live balance support, we’ve consistently devoted them to Summoner’s Rift and related features because we felt they’d improve the overall League experience more.

In my opinion, something is missing because when there is no rotating game mode, it becomes boring when it's only solo que all the time. crystal scar was a good method to take a break from the tryharding part and go and play some fun hide and seek or the normal game mode in the crystal scar
