You cant, without having the email. It is the last line of security for an account.
This is why you should not register to a throwaway account, or even have throwaway accounts at all.
You can submit a Support Ticket for account recovery, and if you can prove the account is yours they will change your email for you. Just choose the "I need help recovering my account." option and provide them as much information as you can.
