appropriate my honor is still locked

from like 2 month or somthing in that range , i had a chat bann for 20 games , and my honor was locked , then a 10 games chat bann another one , and i'v finished them from like 2 weeks or 3 weeks , but my honor is still unlocked , i received a message from riot on loging in once a day that my honor is unlocked now u can earn honor lvls by being a sporty in game , so i hited ok , but whenever i visit my profile it appears " honor unlocked cuz of ur bad ... ETC "while i finished my bann a while a go , pleas help me as fast as possible
