Why can't I post a discussion in Gameplay+?

Threads posted in Gameplay+ have to be approved by the moderation team first.

Actually, the thing is... I haven't use this account in several years, its ID bothers me now a little bit(OCD). So I created a new account for a serious thread, but I can't post anything in any sub-board, maybe because that new account's profile says it is only level 3(but actually level 11 in client), do you know when it shall be updated or is there anything I can do to change it by myself?
