What does bumping ticket mean?
I submitted a ticket request and got an email back saying they don't recommend me bumping my ticket and i need to live chat with them for a faster response. Could I also know how to live chat them? Thank you!

Bumping a ticket means replying to a ticket you opened already.
Riot has a backlog of support tickets and the oldest ticket takes priority in most cases. If you have the oldest ticket and bump it your ticket will be sent all the way back and now be the last one they will look at.
