Riot support will never help you.

So for the past few weeks, every 10th game, or so, the game wouldn't even load for me. The queue and the champion selection went on as normally, game starts to load and that's when it stops. All I see are the champion icons and the loading screen, everyone is at 0%. It takes about five minutes to suddenly put me in after game lobby where it said the game was remade due to my absence, I lost LP for no reason and now the client told me for my often leaving and inactivity I got a low priority queue.

Alright as a start, how is this OFTEN leaving especially if it is not INTENTIONAL and then I lose LP because of what? Because Riots client becomes buggy now and then and IT IS I WHO has to pay the consequences for THEIR lagging client!?. Secondly there are still thousands of players who leave intentionally or afk and do NOT get ANY punishment. And thirdly, I did not even bother contacting support for their 'help', I have contacted them for other reasons in the past and was always disappointed. I understand it's their protocol that prevents them from conversing as normal human beings instead of replying as if were talking to a bunch of robots who copy paste the answers from the 'often questions asked'.

Already got on answer from that part of their site that basically said in the short version. 'We don't care if you have technical difficulties, we never help our players if they get punishments even if the fault was our own, our support system is terrible, get a better PC.'

  1. You're in the wrong section of boards. This section is about giving feedback and suggestions about and for the forum. This is no place to talk about in-game experiences, support issues or whatnot.

  2. At the latest of experiencing the issue 3-4 times you should have contacted the technical support without jumping into another game. If you don't do that you obviously not only risk low priority queue, but also harder punishments. You are in charge of your account and the settings of your computer. If something doesn't work properly, technical support can and will help as long as you are willing to run through the sometimes long process of analysing, changing and repairing process.

  3. If you don't even consider contacting the technical support, don't flame them in the first place for not helping. That's the most stupid argument I've heard for a long time. If you are not willing to get your stuf right - especially with professional help - you are justified threatened of losing your account.

  4. You said you didn't contact them but magically got an answer of that topic. Suspicious isn't it? Unless I see a screenshot of said mail I don't believe a single accusation on that matter. I'm currently in contact with the technical support for a minor issue and while the process get's pretty long, I still don't call it a negative experience.

-> Modern computer systems occasionally run into issues caused by new combinations of aplications and settings. These issues can either be solved by changing settings or gathering feedback to fix an issue within an application that caused an error under certain circumstances. Independ of what causes the issue, the technical support can help to fix the problem. If you are not willing to contact them because you made bad experiences with player behaviour (which are totally different teams of supports) you can't expect anything else than being punished for further ruining game experinces for other players. Don't bash others for your own failures. Even if the game caused the issue, you refuse to solve it but instead attack other people for it who could help solving them instead.
