i forget my username on my main acc and i needed a riot support but alredy 1month thei dont reply on email acc, like thei are no somone who is working there I SPENDED A LOT MONEY ON MY ACCAUNT AND I CANT EVEN PLAY ON THAT NIIIIIIIIIIIIIIICEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE

If you keep replying to an open ticket or creating a new one because you aren't being patient, then you are bumping yourself to the back of the queue.
