Instant Feedback System is garbage

So I just got banned even though I wasn't toxic, when it was a chat restrictionI didn't care, but I just got 14 days suspension and wanted to submit a ticket but apparently, It doesn't matter because system says i'm guilty so i'm guilty.

This is the most stupid thing I have read in the long time, I know that Riot gives 0 fucks, but are people actually ok with this bullshit? Just read this:

"CAN MY SUSPENSION BE REMOVED? Suspensions due to the Instant Feedback System will not be lifted or shortened under any circumstance.

Disciplinary suspensions unrelated to the Instant Feedback System, such as an inappropriate summoner name, will vary depending on the specific situation. In these cases, please submit a ticket to Player Support, and we will be happy to provide you with more information about your suspension and how to proceed."

You've definitely done something wrong to warrant a 14 day ban from the system.

This would be better posted in Player Behavior where folks will better be able to help you. Discuss the boards is specifically for boards related issues, such as boards rules, formatting, post removals, etc.

Suspensions that are incorrect placed or overly aggressive (in Riot's determination, not in the player's determination) are indeed commonly rolled back. If you think you were banned for non-toxic behavior, I would recommend sending a ticket to Player Support or -- if you're very puzzled and want immediate feedback -- posting your chat logs to the Player Behavior boards. It is possible (but very uncommon) for a ban to be issued in error, but it is also possible that your behavior, while acceptable in your own eyes, is not acceptable to Riot and/or the community.
