You know, it's almost been a whole year since Spirit Guard Udyr (yeah, I know), and it's about that time of year for the next one to come in the pipeline.
I'd particularly like one of the League's fine ladies (support maybe) to have a pimped out look for us to wastecough spend our money on. So if any rioters want to drop any infuriatingly vague hints about it, I'm all ears.
I still think its Kha'zix. His entire theme is based upon evolving, and he has so much potential for an ultimate skin.

Well, I read this on another post, which I think is worth sharing: The two Ultimate skins, Pulsefire Ezreal and Spirit Guard Udyr, are for champions that share a name with a member of the Riot staff. (Bot Riot Ezreal and Riot Udyr are employees at Riot.

It is likely these champs are getting looked at for ultimate skin opportunities.
Honestly the most likely candidate would be Dragon Master Swain. It's a hugely popular fan skin, and up until a couple months ago, Riot has been tight-lipped about it, but we do know it's confirmed as being developed. Unless there are some serious internal issues (Scorched Earth Renekton style), Dragon Master Swain is going to be legendary or ultimate level.

Honestly, Khaziz or Zed should be in the run for an ultimate skin. Both only have two skins, unless you count SKT zed, which i dont. They are also very popular and extremely cool and fun champs to play, and i think a lot of people would buy them. Now, if i got to choose, id love to see either a Nidalee, Orianna or Elise <3

Nidalee would be awesome, especially if as the spear went further you could see it looking more dangerous, and maybe when upgrading the ultimate she got battle armour ( in human form ) and changed animal ( or just changed look ) in cougar form.
I would defenitely buy this skin even if it was just legendary.
Well, that hint certainly was rather, but I was hoping for something a little bit more thought-provoking.
Now that I think of it, the skin I've always wanted since it was mentioned was adult Annie
.
Something like "Magus Annie". None of that "Annie who looks like an adult but still dresses like a five year old" crap. I'm talking one who floats with her fire magic and wears robe/dress and other magical effects such as jewellery. Maybe some long hair with burning tips for effect.
Each spell would become more ferocious and bright with rank, with a special visual effect when she procs a stun (I guess her Q would have to only be upon the spell landing). Her W would be a more intense colour, while Tibbers would appear in a burst of magical flames. In addition, the Tibbers would have an evolving model, looking worn and damaged at first and the damaged spots leaking magical fire as he levels up.
The skin would have a lot of special responses, including things ranking up her ultimate, Tibbers dying and stunning enemy champions with her spells. She would have taunts for enemy champions like Brand, Amumu, Lissandra or Syndra.
It may not outdo the last ultimate skin, but I'd love to see something like that.
Hextech Shen, Rune Wars Urgot, or Bioforge Nautilus ultimate skins.

I think there are two people that are highly used that could use a super cool ultimate skin. First should be 
I mean the only skin IMO that really is worth getting so far is the pool party...but lets be honest what about a super B A skin that suits her. The second would be 
but he has a decent one with championship Thresh. In my Opinion Leona could really use one and people would jumped out of their skin to get it. (prob. not that far in exaggeration but really...people would love it)
