So much updating!

Texture updates, visual updates, gameplay updates, summoner's rift update...

Do you think Riot has ever considered doing just vocal updates? I recall a red saying someone like would only possibly need a touch up. If that happens, he'd still only have the 19 lines and 4 laughs he has now which is no where near the current standard.

I'd like to eventually hear the characters that don't need major improvements to their graphics say a bit more eventually. How about you?
