A new Diana Ult

I've been doing some thinking about Diana, and wonder what you guys think of this: Move her dash to her E, remove her mass pull, and give her a localised eclipse for an ult, reducing vision for her nearby enemies and giving her a steroid as she thrives in the lack of sunlight.

Moving her dash would help her jungling, giving her more damage to creep when she needs it, but more so giving her an actual gapcloser pre-6. The pull was so lackluster that I heard most high tier players just ignored it, so why not just get rid of it? The new ult then would give her more of a moon-control theme, and give her more sustained damage and non-traditional CC. The rest of the damage on her kit would have to be retuned, obviously, but this would give her more theme, better jungling, and the boost she needs to be viable in this meta.

I kind of like this idea.

Could add a %Slow to landing her dash on a target hit by crescent strike, and steroid her defensive stats + atk speed increase with an enhanced Moonfall as her ultimate. Pushes her towards more of a sustain damage dealer and less of a burst champ, and gives her utility that synergizes with her passive.

Her Lunar Rush wouldn't do damage, but would refresh+slow if crescent strike landed, making that game-play mechanic very similar. The cooldown would be lowered ofcourse.

Could buff her Crescent strike damage, as well as her shield, as her burst would be lowered without the double Lunar Rush damage. Seems like she'd be a fun jungler, and still a decent mid.

Her ult would then be used as a strong initiator, meant to go in and stay alive long enough for the team to follow up, while doing some sustained damage from her passive, making positioning an important factor.

Steroid ults are always iffy. They add a tremendous amount of power that isn't readily appreciated, and so have to be really overtuned to feel strong. Vision denial is also tricky to balance, and would be very hard to do better than it's implemented on Nocturne.

I'm open to dash being a basic ability, though you'd pretty much have to remove its damage completely to make that balanced. I don't care particularly for removing her pull. If it's weak, that's a matter of tuning. It's a cool, flavorful ability that fits her well. Conceivably make that the ult and spruce it up a little? Then again, that's sort of just turning her into Malphite...

the ult idea is awesome but denied vision in a small area would be not very powerful if your in a call with other members that have vision. For the idea to work well it would have to be a global ult. Maybe make the ult global blind and also adds a stack of moonlight to everyone so everyone is revealed. This would help with ganks as the ult would put everyone in fear and you'd be able to see where the enemy jungle is. The moonlight would also let you jump on the enemy champ without having to hit your Q.

It would breake her earlygame if she got even more dmg pre 6, epecially if the reset mechanic stays, and i realy like her current E, it's 1 of the only 2 aoe pulls in the game, perfectly for seting up aoe-combos.
