Armor Pen+BC/LW+Wukong

I play a lot of Wukong jungle as well as many other AD champs like Vi, Renek, Hec, and much more. So my main question comes in here... Wukongs Q is Armor pen, so obviously you always wanna Q first and then use other skills, but my REAL MAIN QUESTION, comes in here. I always get Brutalizer, than I get some other AD, and tank items what ever is needed in the game right? Then I finish Brutalizer and get the BC, also I always take Armor pen runes. So is it worth it to take the Armor pen runes and build Armor pen? Also does BC and LW stack? Would that add on to my Armor pen? Thanks I hope I get some decent answers! Dont make fun of me ><
