Jinx voice line..
She says "Hold on, I'm about to say something really cool.."
Is that true? Will that line be replaced after some event or champion release?
If not.. why does she say that? lol

That line is mocking Vi, as most of Jinx's quotes directly mock Caitlyn or Vi. Such as "she's a loser, always ready to cry" is a reference to Vi's theme song. Vi has a tendency to say "cool" one-liners, and the line you mentioned is about that.
Others like "I'm wearing LOTS of belts...for no reason at all" is a reference to Caitlyn's outfit.
Also.. why does it seem like nobody uses these? I think it's awesome!
