It's a good skin, but if it were a legendary, it'd fall kind of short. The model is very similar, and the animations (besides the recall animation, which is standard for 975) are completely identical. The sounds and VO are good, though. Is this deliberate, given its lower price point?
As a permanently discounted Legendary skin, is it eligible for weekly sales?
I don't think it's available, but keep in mind that a lot of legendaries don't feature much in terms of animation/particles. It gives Draven a HUGE amount of VO work and the animations (While similar) feature new particles.
This skin is more about the character than the battle style or animation. People who love Draven will love this skin, because it takes the main reason people like Draven (his complete arrogance and self-centeredness) and emphasizes it in new and hilarious ways. I almost never play Draven (as a support main) but I picked up this skin immediately because listening to Draven comment on himself will never get old for me. #LeagueofDraven #DravenBigPlays
