So with dragon-slayer skins coming out.. 2 of them two be exact. And only one dragon champ, Shyvanna, who even then is only half dragon. I cant help but notice that this may be the time to bring up that legendary idea of Dragon Swain. You know.. to bring balance. Riot tries their best to balance things right?
