Rammus Has a Bug with his Taunt

Sometimes when you Taunt someone as Rammus instead of being taunted into attacking him they simply run away as if they are being feared. Been like this for at least 3 patch's now.. I demand a fix...

I've noticed this as well. Ever since Rammus's Taunt duration nerf, it's been a little buggy. If they exceed the cast range of Puncturing Taunt during the animation, the taunt icon pops above the enemy's head, but they jerk in between waling away and attacking me.
