I just sat at red buff for like 10 seconds waiting for the AOE damage to do damage but no damage was dealt, Yes the passive was at 10 stacks but Red buff just sat at 1 hp taking no damage.
Yup. As intended. Its so you don't accidentally burn the mob if you want to share the buff.
i believe that's intentional. It is similar to the way gromp works. I imagine it is in so you don't accidentally steal buffs you were trying to give to a laner, but they left it at one health at one point while taking it.
