Garshaon, the techno(Champion concept)
Lore: Born with the sense of adventure of his brother but more studious like his father. Garshaon early in his years did much study at Piltover academy. Eventually being drawn to those at Yordle Academy of Science & Progress, studying under heimerdinger for 4 years. Then disapearred into the lush island nation of ionia. Where it is believed he set up residence in the northern region of the island. After years of not being seen by the public eye. Ezereal is delighted to see his brother at his door. Ezreal invites him along on his next expidition to the Marshes of Kaladoun to explore underwater caves. They arrive and on there second cave they find an anti-chamber miles high. Baffling both as they wonder how a cave could be so high in a marshland. Foward they go marveling at all the cave paintings and various gems laying around. All at once they see it, forces of light and dark seemingly at harmony. How could this be ,what could it be as they approach the sub chamber the cave paintings and gems become more disoriented and chaotic. As they enter the sub champber they see the source. A staff, a wand, a stick it looked like all of those thrown together. Garshaon hears a voice whispering, calling emminating from.....the stick? Ezreal is drawn to the cave paintings not knowing his borther is now picking up the wand. All at once garshaon lets out a scream as the staff liquifies and forms around his arm. Which is now a peculiar looking rod shape, ezreal sense a dark presence within his brother and also a light presence. How could it be thought garshaon, can the forces of good and evil coexist as one. What was this thing around his arm. A spirit then comes forth from the staff and gives a rough explanation. To this day only ezreal and garshaon know exactly what happened. And somehwat of what the Rod is as many have studied it and its asfixation to garshaons arm. Heimerdinger was able to determined that it was techonlogically advanced beyond anything he had seen or know to exist. Yet he wasnt even sure it was technological just that it fascinated him greatly. Ezreal soon convinced his brother that he may find his answer on the fields of justice; though eratic(in everyway) for yet unknown reasons.

Passive: Digital Imprint. enemy champions and minions are infected with a virus(burned) for 20/30/40/50 ap every second(lasting up to 3 seconds) only applicable by abilities only not auto attacks each ability that lands on a target enemy resets the virus(burn) time. Can only apply digital imprint 3 times every 10 seconds to a targeted enemy.
Digital Augmentation: Mana: 60/65/70/75/80 Range:1200 Cooldown: 5 seconds takes a bracing step as a holographic axe emerges from the rod and slashes the area in front of him in an arc. The blade deals 40/80/120/160/200(+160% ap) Axe hilt/shaft deals 5/10/15/20/25(+20% ap)
** Garshaon 2.0 (Passive) Mana: 50/60/70/80/90 Range: 950** Every 30 seconds a digital clone of garshaon is launched from the staff and randomly runs around in an area. Randomly attacking enemy minions and prioritizing enemy champions if they come into contact with the clone. The clone last 7 second and is also uncontrollable. Area of impact damage: 70/90/110/130/150(+70% Ap) Contact damage done by clone: 35/60/85/110/135(+30% ap).
Bhrals pillars: Mana: 30/40/50/60/70 Range: 1180 cooldown: 14/12/10/8/6 4 pillars in a line shoot up from the ground knocking up anyone on the pillar as it shoots upward for 1.5 seconds Slows for 2 seconds Each Pillar 80/135/190/245/300(+ 40% Ap)
Staff of Kaladoun: Rank 1: Use a short sword,axe or boulderfist for auto attacks. Short sword: Attack speed increased 10%/15%/20%/25%/30% Axe: Restores health, health regained: 10/20/30/40/50(+20% ap) Boulderfist: on hit slow 5%/15%/25%/35%/45%(this effect last all game unlike the other ranks in this ultamite)
Rank 2 Darkness consumes: All abilities and auto attacks deal 15% bonus ap and all abilities cost mana and health; both cap off at 90 health and mana lost each ability
Rank 3 Path of enlightenment: Surrounded by a damage absorbing sheild absorbes 60/100/140/180/220(+ 45% ap) prevents the application of all disables last until broken recharges every 50 seconds(affected by cool down)
**Rank 4 NEUTRALITY ACHEIVED!: ** Range 1180 Cooldown 140/120/100/80/60 The spirit of the Rod Brahl fears a targeted enemy for 2 seconds in a cloud launches from the staff dealing damage in an area the force of the impact pushes those not in the imeadiate area back . Center of impact: 80/120/160/200/240(+ 70% ap) Rest of the area: 40/60/80/100/120(+ 30% ap)
