Rengar and Twisted Fate Aram

Who will win Rengar or Twisted Fate ? Also if you are experimenting with this then both players will have equal skills, for example if Rengar was a normal noob player vs. Twisted Fate was a pro player SKT1 Faker skill level then that is not allowed. I'm questioning this because my brother keeps telling me that there is a way Twisted Fate could win, but I told him no because Rengar can be a bush wookie and obliterate people whenever he wants to with his burst damage.
