An idea on how to make soroka viable again

Q. Increase ap ratio by .15, but decrease the damage to minions to 80%. This would allow her to have more poke damage while laning, do damage late game, but not have the crazy wave clear soroka had before she got nerved

W. Lower cool down on all ranks by 1 second While she has one of the, if not the best heal in the game, due to its long cool down its not very viable. The 1 second cool down reduction, while it seems small, i think can make the difference on this ability

E. No changes, i think e is in a good spot

R. Increase base healing on rank 1 to 255 (from 225) Sorokas ult is super weak early and very strong late game, this 30 health buff i think would make her ult stronger early game, but not too strong to where its op

Just my idea on how to give her a buff in the right places, without creating the annoying wave clear soroka

Let's take a step back, though, and think about the reasons soraka was nerfed. It doesn't have to do with her waveclear, or free poke, or healing per se. It DOES have to do with how those factors combine to create a very uninteractive lane. If you buff her but don't change her play pattern, she just goes back to being oppressive. That's really the problem with soraka's current kit - it's either weak and unsatisfying, like now, or it's oppressive, like it was before this round of nerfs.

Giving Raka more damage on Q but less damage to minions, or decreasing W's cooldown, won't make her spam Q any less. It won't make her stop topping herself off out of combat. It'll just make her stronger at doing so. Instead, we need changes that encourage more interactivity, and give her opponents a meaningful opportunity to do something during those interactions. These were my ideas about what to do with soraka pending her rework.
