I actually really thinks Rammus needs a new skin because it has been almost 2 years since his last one, Full Metal, was released.
Discuss some cool Rammus skin ideas :D
EDIT: And I actually also think his splash art is very outdated, he should get a splash-only vu like malphite had.

rammus recently did get a visual upgrade on all but his full metal skin. Isn't that way better than sion can say?
Sion hasnt had a visual update or change ever since his creation. Skins could be considered visual updates, but in this context, it makes more sense.
He is the only champion in the game who has been almost 100% ignored! I know they're working on a rework, but at least give some worthwhile QoL changes or some such! Temporary things to make him more viable until his rework T.t
