I thought Braum was supposed to have his price reduced today :(

Braum was released last Monday; he's supposed to be at the 7800 IP price point for a week. That means he should have gone down to 6300 IP today; that hasn't happened, though. I was looking forward to coming home from work today and getting my mustache on. :-(

The price change will most likely take place around ~3-4 a.m. if it hasn't already. Riot runs on their time zone, being Pacific Time. That or they've forgotten.
