AD Ezreal and his W, let it scale with his passive!

So yeah, I think it would incredible cool if Ezreals W would have a Bonus AD ratio that scales with his passive! The more stacks you have, the more Bonus AD ratio you have! Come on, his passive is even called rising SPELL force :D I'd really like to see a response from riot about this idea :)
