No Champion Select Quotes?

With the new patch, only your champion select quote plays now. This isn't documented, so I don't know if it's a bug or something intended that just didn't make the notes, but it's definitely impacting me negatively. I usually alt+tab out when it's not my turn to pick, the select quotes actually help me know what's going on without staring at the screen waiting for my turn/waiting for everyone else to pick and are, to me, better than just the notification sounds. Once the last champion has been selected, I make sure my runes/masteries/summoners are right and actually make use of the post-draft phase. Now if I'm not looking at the screen it will just go to load in without me even knowing that the drafting was finished. If it is intentional, at least let there be an opt-in option to enable all of the quotes again.
